Solving Mysteries Under An Hour!

On our anniversary, we didn’t want to go for dinner, lunch or brunch. We wanted to do something different this time. We had a couple of options, and one of it was to go hiking. I really want to go hiking. I cannot stress that enough, ha ha.. Anyway, we eventually settled on going to Escape Hunt! We invited our friends and made it a double date.

I’ve heard so many people talk about it and two or three of my cousins have already been there a couple of times and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves! So I had to try it out to see what the fuss was about.

What is Escape Hunt?

Escape Hunt is a game where you have to solve a mystery or figure out how to disarm a ‘bomb’ under 60 minutes. There are three different games, with different storylines and elements at Singapore’s Escape Hunt, which is located at Concorde Hotel. So all you have to do is find clues and crack codes to solve the mystery.

How Was It?

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! We four made such a great team. We managed to unlock the door to escape the room, and find out who’s the “culprit” in under 60 mins! It was a really close call.

The Game Masters were really nice. Particularly ours as she knew we were new and it was our first time playing an escape room game. At the end of the game, we had to dress up and take pictures.

I can’t tell you a lot because that would be cheating! Nevertheless, I highly recommend this to couples, or just a group of friends looking for something interesting to do. I can’t wait to go back and try two more games.

Cost?

We paid SGD 120 for the four of us. Initially the price kinda turned us off. But we just decided to go with it, and we have no regrets! The experience is really worth it.

If you want to find out more, head over to Escape Hunt SG’s website here.

Have you tried any Escape Room type games? 🙂
